What Is It?

Shocks & Struts are components of the suspension system. They are designed to cushion bumps on the road to give you a smooth ride. They also support the vehicle by ensuring weight is correctly distributed to each of the four tires.

Why Do I Need It?

Shocks & Struts dampen the bumps on the road so they can't harm other components. They keep items such as the steering system from being damaged by sudden impacts, as well as keep the passengers from bouncing up and down.

When Do I Have To Do It?

Shocks & Struts should be inspected every six months. However, if you notice unusual noises when your vehicle hits bumps or feel that you ride is not "as smooth as it used to be" you should immediately schedule an inspection.
