My car overheated on a weekend, I left my car Sunday night at Mezzio's, called and left a message and wrote my note in the drop box and with no appt they were able to check my car that Monday. The car needed a lot of work. Jay was great to talk to on the phone, explaining everything and giving me my options. It did take a week to get my car, but I can't complain because they gave me a free rental car to use! I had another problem after I got the car back and they took the car right back and checked it at no additional charge. They were very helpful and flexible. Thank you!

The reason for the long repair time was due to the nature of the repairs ( major surgery for your car ). Mezzio Auto always tries to minimize the inconvenience our customers incur with unexpected car problems and repairs. With respect to the "other " problem as you know it turned out to simply be your vehicle's computer need to reset running parameters on engine management parameters. Mezzio Auto's entire staff is pleased that you were happy !
