Mezzio's is always the place to go for an 'honest' opinion on whats wrong with your car. Several times i was told at other places that I need this and that on my car, however, when I went to Mezzios they inspected my car and found that those other places were just lying to me just to make business. In the meantime what they found wrong was so minor that I laughed to myself because of the worry those other places gave me. Angelo T--Naugatuck

I was disappointed to find I was charged full price for the oil change which I expected to get the special price of $15 because I responded to an email advertising that price for the week.

Maureen, Mezzio's staff is very embarrassed after a review of the paperwork reveals that you indeed did not receive your e-mail discount. Mezzio Auto's Service Manager, Chuck, will be contacting you to rectify this error. In the event you are not satisfied with his handling of this error I urge to contact Linc, our General Manager, to insure you are satisfied completely.

I had taken my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T for 4 new Wheel and Tires to be installed. They installed the Tires onto the Wheels perfectly balanced and with no installation marks. Everyone there was very friendly and the crew was knowledgeable! The waiting time during the service was not bad since it is a bit of work doing the work they had performed which was Emissions and 4 Wheel Alignment.I plan to take my vehicles there as much as I can when they need service.

I had the car in for Mezzio to mount and balance new winter tires with an alignment and an adjustment to the exhaust pipe. Driving the car home from the shop i was impressed with how well the car road and handled. Once again, Chuck and the crew have come through for me. Thanks, Linc.

They were very helpful with a tough situation.

To the Flynn family and all Mezzio Auto customer's families this one sentence really does make us feel good to know that our primary goal of helping people does come through. Mezzio Auto's Staff is guided by following our standard operating procedures to insure our customers are informed about repairs, advised about the priority of those repairs and assisted in meeting the demands of their daily schedule which does not stop with vehicle break downs. Mezzio Auto will provide rides home or to work, loaner cars or a comfortable waiting room with WIFI. Oh by the way Mezzio Auto does in fact do a pretty good job of maintaining and repairing cars too.
