My experience today was great. Friendly people with great service.

My husband and I took my 1998 Chevy Lumina in for the required inspection for the State of CT. I didn't know how long it would take, since I did have another appointment to get to. But practically within the blink of an eye, the car was done and actually PASSED inspection! The check-in process went very smoothly as well and everyone at Mezzio's was gracious and welcoming. Chuck and the guys did a good job again. I liked that they did just what I asked for and didn't pressure me to do unnecessary work like some shops do.

The guys replaced a sction of my exhaust system with my supplied part. The stock part was over $650.00. I got an aftermarket part for $149.00. The labor charge was reasonable. Now my car is quiet and runs better.

As usual your shop was friendly and punctual. I have only needed emissions test from you but my next repair job I will be consulting you. From what I've seen your shop approaches things right.
