Quick and Friendly service

Courteous staff greeted customers at the front desk and promptly attended them. Prior to completion of the unscheduled work, a phone call to my home was received for authorization. The vehicle was shortly thereafter ready for pick up and an itemized bill listing all work was handed to me. There were, additionally, two other recommendations which listed the status of brake pads in addition some rusting which was noticed. All in all, this was a positive experience. My one critique centered on having brought my vehicle in for a 60,000 mile service. This was precipitated by an e-mail which had noted that I was coming due for this service. There was no specificity available which detailed what comprised this 60,000 mile service which I believe to be important when notifying a customer of a scheduled service.As previously stated, I was satisfied with this experience.

Just took my 16 year old car for a complete car check-up so I'd know whether or not I should keep it or invest in a new one. I take it to Mezzio Auto because they have given me fantastic service since I moved to Naugatuck in 2009. I have gone to other places when I 1st move here but they always found problems I knew didn't exist, so when I'd take it to Mezzio's Auto, they assured me that my car didn't have the problems other places said I had. Since then I only come here because of the good people, the certified techs and a certified AAA authorized service center. What else can I ask for? Only the best for me!

You have four employees that work in the open office area. All four go out of their way for you. I have been going to Mezzios with my Dad when it was on old route 8. I keep my cars for an average of 10 years and Mezzios keeps them in great shape. I do have to give special credit to Chuck, all look to him and appreciate his knowledge and friendship. YES I SAID FRIENDSHIP, he has become my friend and I am glad to call him my friend. Jay covers well if Chuck is not available, he cares and it shows. Thank-you to these four people that are there to help you and no matter how they are feeling for that day, they always come across just perfect each and every time. John Carlson

Friendly, fast and reasonably priced. I came here for emissions testing a few weeks ago and decided to sign up for special email offers. I saw a great deal for an oil change and full multi point inspection at $15, so I jumped on it. Not only was the whole thing done in about 45 minutes, but for the first time, an auto shop wasn't trying to push me into getting a ton of work done on my vehicle. They gave me the inspection breakdown and let me decide if I wanted any work done. They could have easily tried to talk me into thousands of dollars of work (like other places have), but they didn't. Based on their customer service and advertised prices, I would highly consider coming here for car work in the future.

I was able to schedule an appointment for my car to be service within 24 hours, and when I arrived to have my car serviced the technicians immediately began to work on my vehicle and had completed their work within 45 minutes. When finished with my vehicle technicians personally went over their findings with me and told me what they had fixed and what issues I should keep an eye on for the time being. Management was not pushy and did not try to drive up the cost of service by fixing things unnecessarily. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall, great service for a first time customer, I will definitely be returning to Mezzio's in the future!
