called at 950am to schedule an emissions testing & was given an appt the same day at 1045am!! Woman on the phone & in person (could be the same person?) were very friendly and helpful. I was out of there in a half hour (two people were ahead of me also). GREAT JOB & thanks!!

Appointment for emission testing was at 8 o'clock and I was in my car and on my way by 8:20. Staff was very courteous.

I was disappointed with the customer service on my last visit. Mezzio's called to apologize, and offered a free service to make up for it. I was very happy with the way I was treated this time.

We took both our cars for emission testing. We were taken on time. The receptionist was very friendly. There were several customers in the waiting area. Upon leaving, we were given fiscount coupons for our next oil change as well. Quite professional. We plan to return.

Nothing bad about my experience nice and quick service happy with the out come.

They were very accomodating when I was late for my early morning appt for my emission's test. They said just bring it right in and they took care of it.
