Anthony, Jamie and Matt were terrific helping me deal with getting a new catalytic converter installed. Anthony got my car in to the shop immediately when I told him my service engine light came on. I got so very nervous and he could tell how upset I was.It took a couple of days to get the part, but all is great again.

AAA approved? I think AAA better do another evaluation of this place. They charge for estimates, which nobody else in town does, and their estimates are absolutely insane.

It took a while but we got it done Thank you. Special thanks for getting me in as soon as the check engine light came on. It drives me crazy seeing that darn light.

Long Term review: I have to admit I waited to see if anything would fail after Mezzio's took care of my issue. It didn't. Customer Service was iffy at first. I had to get my vehicle towed to their shop and I felt more like a hinderance to the place asking where should we drop off my car on a Friday(Context- I'm a misplaced southern guy lol). AFTER actually talking to the crew, everyone was friendly and patient with me. I think the service and prices are fair for the quality of work they do. After taking my vehicle to Firestone TWICE! and the issue wasn't resolved, Mezzio's made it go away and I haven't had any issues in Months. I Highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
