Nobody at the counter, the only , two guys there but no one answers you , 15 mins just to have someone talk to me , to tell me , I had to wait 1:20 for emotion test , well, that was 1:35 mins than , not good

Ric, the entire staff is disappointed your visit did not meet your expectations. It is an extremely rare moment when there is no one at the service counter, however, it can happen on occasion. With respect to the wait time you encountered for an Emission Test, we are required to help residents needing a St. of CT Emissions test in the order that they come into the test center with each test requiring approximately 15 minutes. Today when you were here there were 4 vehicles ahead of yours which would be about an hour wait and 15 minutes for your test.

I was very very pleased with the service I had at Mezzio. I went in for an oil change, and asked the mechanic if he could look underneath the car when he had it up on the lift to look for potential problems and any rust. He did so without hesitation and was pleased to do so. When I went to pay, Matt the service manager pulled all the pictures up of underneath my car on the computer to show me possible things that may need to be done and or fixed in the future. I would recommend them to anybody. Trustworthy, great service, and friendly staff. Glen from Seymour
