This was my first time using this place and I must say Matt was absolutely amazing to work with! He went above and beyond to help me and made the whole experience so much easier. I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and kindness he showed me. Also, a huge shout-out to the amazing receptionist at the front desk! I had my car towed to Mezzio after hours on the recommendation of the tow truck driver after I was hit by another vehicle. The team at Mezzio contacted me first thing the next morning and had already started a search for parts. Matt, in particular, stayed in frequent communication with me throughout the time my car was being worked on (took several days due to waiting for parts, etc) and he was in contact with my insurance company to facilitate the appraisal getting done, etc. Overall, a great experience despite the unfortunate reason my car needed work done. I highly recommend Mezzio Auto Care.

This was my first time taking my car to Mezzio's Auto, I wish I had found them years ago! I have a car with 200K miles on it and because it is paid off, I am trying to nurse it along as best I can. These guys and lady, seem like very honest hard working folks. I very much appreciated the communication I received via text messages over the course of several days as they were working on my car. A good amount of work needed to be done and my car is running great now. They also did a full inspection of the car and provided me all the details but never once tried to upsell me on anything. Simply presented the facts and let me decide. One other nice little thing is that they are located right next to G's Burgers, so it's a win-win for me because G's Burgers are the best around. Big thank you to everyone at Mezzio's Auto for getting my car back on the road.
