Made an appointment to drop off car for inspection in the morning. Agreed to a ride home while inspection was completed. A few hours after it was supposed to be done, I call back asking what's up. It turns out the car hadn't been touched. Called back several more times. Work was finally STARTED at 4:20. Techs leave for the day at 4:30. I needed my car for work the next day, but oopsie, no one's there to unhook the car. Now I'm trapped at home hoping the girl that dropped me off will remember to pick me up in the morning as we finally agreed. When I got my car back the next day, I was told a manager would call to discuss. It's been a week, no call. Seems like the kids are running the show. Badly.

Great, hard working and honest people. If you need maintenance on your car they can take care of it, no matter what type of vehicle it is, gas or electric. If you need a ride home while your car is undergoing service they have outstanding staff available to assist you, like Jamie who is not only a safe driver but an incredible office decorator. I recommend Mezzios to everyone who needs vehicle maintenance.

Very thorough trustworthy and takes pictures before and after the work is done. I feel like they are overpriced but I trust them. I would recommend. Will return again.

We had such a great experience with Mezzio Auto Care last week for our Honda HRV! Anthony kept us updated every step of the way and was very easy to communicate with. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and for a similar issue, they charged us significantly less than another shop we had previously gone to—one that even installed our cabin filter incorrectly and overcharged us.
