Please know that when Mezzio Auto performs any of your vehicle's manufacturer's recommended maintenance services that Mezzio Auto in fact PERFORMS ALL the steps and service functions for that service. Mezzio Auto Care performs all inspections the manufacturer requires such as, Engine Air filter, Cabin Air filter, Transmission Fluid, Brake Fluid, Coolant condition, Power Steering fluid, Differential fluid, Transfer case when applicable, inspect all tires for irregular wear, dry rot, and measure remaining tread depth. Mezzio Auto also inspects as is recommended at the oil service intervals, the customer's vehicle's suspension, exhaust, brakes, steering components, belts, hoses, Wiper Blades and windshield washer operation and insures every light bulb is working properly. All this is done to insure the safety of our customer's family and their vehicle. Every Mezzio Auto Care services may seem like it takes a long time, but every customer we speak to appreciates investing time and effort when their vehicle is in for service so as to insure the painful hassles of an unexpected breakdown and component failure is greatly reduced. Also, in the event that this or any service wait time is unmanageable for you or any customer, please know that as a Mezzio Auto Care customer you can drop the vehicle off and request a ride home, to work, or you can arrange for Mezzio Auto Care to pick your vehicle up at home, perform the requested services or repairs, and then return your vehicle to your home sanitized and ready for uninterrupted use. When all else fails Mezzio Auto Care can arrange for a free loaner car when those needed repairs can not be completed in one day.
