Came in for emissions testing and I was in and out really quick! I also set up an appointment for an oil change the front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Mezzios.

Poor service

Ryan, thank you for providing feedback on your August 2024 visit. Although it's difficult now to pinpoint why your State of CT emission test service was poor, we are very sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. Mezzio Auto Care is required by law to ensure that your vehicle has the original emissions components and is connected to the State of CT's DMV's testing center thereby allowing the State to determine its pass or failure. They were quick & efficient for my emissions test. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Plus they were courteous & pleasant.

My son had a flat tire and had TrippleA tow it to this shop, they didn’t have the tire size ok cool but my son asked if they could put the donut on so he could get home and they said no because they’re guys are leaving soon. I’ll never do business here after this was done to my son.
