This is an update to my previous review. The coolant was leaking and they said it was my radiator and it needed to be replaced. They Replaced the radiator And Gave me my car back with the coolant still leaking. Now they are saying it was the CWOL, and wanted more money to fix the car when they didn’t fix the issue in the first place. The Manager, Mr. fitzsimmoms was very rude and condescending towards me. I paid 1755 because they told me that it was the radiator that caused the coolant leak. I trusted these people to fix my issue and they did not. Do not bring your car for service here!!

I was skeptical bringing my Range Rover to a mechanic other than the dealership because I thought that the dealership is the only one that knows how to fix Range Rovers. I was so wrong. From start to finish the staff at Mezzio took care of the issues with my car, put me in a loaner, while Zack kept me updated each day. I will definitely be going back there for my car needs.

There’s a reason this place has been opened since I was a kid! One, we have a carvana vehicle, and the warranty process is always complicated. They dealt with it effortlessly and without complaint like most other places. And two, we have a Mitsubishi lancer, and parts are difficult to obtain. They found the parts fast, and kept constant communication through the whole process. Honest work. Extremely polite. I always used Mezzios for my emissions, but I highly recommend them for all auto work!

The last time we had our car serviced for an oil change took me more than 4 hours to wait. Even though I had an appointment at 9am I got my car back after 1pm. Second time to experience a similar disappointing service due to long waiting time. I used to have very good service in this shop but the last time was just terrible so I am staying away. Additionally they do unnecessary services and poor planning (i.e. doing tire alignment when they knew it would be done too in the next service). Such a pity because the owner is very nice.

Very grateful I found Mezzio Auto Care. I always receive exceptional service from the garage mechanics fixing my car and addressing my every concern as if I were a family member. The Front Desk Staff are kind, friendly, upbeat and personable and also attentive to my every concern, as well as, (surprisingly), being extremely knowledgeable and intently interested about car repair and service! They are the middleman between myself and the mechanics and do a terrific job telling the mechanic what I need and getting back to me on the mechanics status with the situation. Truly remarkable. Prices seem very fair in my brief analysis of what others charge. They alway provide written detailed estimates on any request I make. I have an older car which I am trying to keep as long as I can (I don't want to purchase a new car just yet) and they are in my corner and do an excellent job of watching to be sure the car is running in tip top shape while also being conservative about needed repairs and costs. I don't worry that an unexpected breakdown will occur when I am driving around. As an older woman, with no one else to consult on car care, I find that this service station takes care of me as if I were family. It is a BIG help and provides me with peace of mind. I always look forward to bringing my car in for repair!
