Outstanding service as always. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very friendly and courteous staff. Great establishment to do business with.

I received an email from Mezzio yesterday, just after noon, informing me of a $14.95 oil change special. I had been meaning to have my oil changed for some time now, so I called and made an appointment for 2:00 PM.The Mezzio staff was friendly and courteous and the oil change as well as the free safety inspection was performed in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised when the bill totaled $14.95. I wasn't charged for anything extra, nor was I pressured to perform any additional work to my vehicle as some shops do. I was advised that I need to replace a hanger on my tail pipe, which I will do soon. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had at an auto repair facility.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO MEZZIO'S BACK WITH MY FATHER WHEN THEY WERE LOCATED ON ROUTE 8. I TOLD JAY YESTERDAY THAT EACH AND EVERYTIME I'M THERE THAT YOUR THREE TOP ASSC. AT THE FRONT DESK MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, CONFIDENCE IN MY BRINGING MY VEHICLE THERE AND THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I'M PART OF THEIR FAMILY. JAY REPLYED THAT'S WHAT THEY TRY TO ACCOMISH. / THEY DO ACCOMPLISH THIS EACH AND EVERY VISIT. YOU HAVE THREE PERFECT PEOPLE COVERING ALL CONTACTS WITH CUSTOMERS THAT KNOW THEIR STUFF !!!!! Went in for Emmissions - had an appointment. Was early and they took me right away and was out within 15 minutes. Awesome :)

Staff could greet customers upon arrival. Overall service was great. Wonderful 'home town' feel to the office.

It was a great experience. I was able to get there an hour before my appointment and they had no problem taking my truck in for emission testing. Plus they did not try up selling me. I trust the guys there.

A great experience as always, the customer lounge is clean and bright. The stafff is courteous and very professional. All the work was done on time with a complete check list detailing their procedures.
