Went for emissions, had to be at work and was told i could not leave my car. Im an executive at a bank and could not wait the half hr. This was my first time at Mezzios and would likely consider going there for future maintanence, but not when i was given a hard time for wanting to leave my car. I was merely going to pick it up in a couple hours. The people at the front desk need to realize that if this is someones first time to Mezzios, they may consider coming back for other things but not when they are difficult about leaving a car there for 2 hrs. Its not like there were 30 other cars. Other than that it was a good experience.
Jay, Mezzio Auto currently has over a 96% customer satisfaction rating and it's staff rarely does not exceed a customer's expectations. Mezzio's staff is trained to always look for a way to provide solutions to our customer's personal challenges with respect to their vehicle's service and repair needs. The State of CT's emissions testing program has Mezzio Auto testing some 25-35 vehicles per day, every day. In addition, Mezzio Auto has approximately 15-20 mechanical repair customer's vehicles each day. Because we do have limited parking space on our property the ability to offer a drop off service for what is, on average, a 15-25 minute test is unmanageable.The staff has been given a copy of this dissatisfaction and discussions for possible policy changes will be considered. Your last statement " Other than that it was a good experience " is one which makes us optimistic that you will allow us to try again to exceed your expectations.
