I went to Mezzio's about 1 week ago from today's date 9/20/22 due to my emissions being expired. I paid all up front fees as required before service rendered. The Service Department were friendly, quick and the mechanic didn't have any issues with the questions I had asked regarding my car.

Didn’t fix the problem and charged a fortune. Would not fix it without my paying more money. Never again!

Mezzio is great at answering all your questions about emissions, and what they need you to bring in order to get it done. Always good customer service no matter what.

When we first went everything was great

Efficient and personable staff. They give you an up front cost of repair based on the tests they perform. Very willing to meet your needs and will do their best to make sure the repairs are correct and the car is running as smoothly as it can.
