I tried using a mechanic friend who said he could replace the motor in my car but then that created additional mechnical issues with my car and our friendship was lost so I decided to take my car to Mezzio's to get everything else repaired. Thankfully the Mezzio staff was understanding, sympathic and very helpful and they were willing to take on everything that needed fixing. That interaction was enough to make me a regular customer for future repairs and maintenance. And yes going to a certified repair facility can be pricey, however, they warranty their parts and labor and their demeanor and caring makes up for it. You also know they're repairing it the right way. My only negative is they close at 5pm M-F No Saturdays so I have to leave work early to make it there before they close to pay for and pick up my car.

I don't usually write on reviews but I absolutely had to. Had an oil change and told me my radiator was leaking. Had me pay 60 dollars for a pressure check to determine where the leak was coming from which wasn't worth it at all. Told me I needed a new radiator and the job would cost almost 1600 dollars. Of course I got a second opinion and the second shop I brought it to stated all I needed was a radiator cap and upper radiator hose. 60 dollars compared to 1600. The shop I went to did not charge for the pressure check and was honest and upfront. I understand businesses have to make their money but I didn't appreciate being lied to and trying to get 1600 bucks out of me. I always go here to get my oil change but they lost a customer. I read the reviews and saw other customers being lied to as well and brought to the bank.

Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Told them I need camber bushings and alignment that was it. Told to bring and down and got wacked with a 90 diagnostic charge for what? I told them what it needed. Fast-forward a couple months later only 500 miles later. Looks off bring it to a different shop and told camber is way off alignment is off. Soaked me over 500 for a horrible alignment and bushings.

Work on truck done quickly and efficiently. great communication.
