I’m going to try to keep this short and sweet. If you have repairs to a vehicle that are not covered under your insurance or someone else’s insurance, steer CLEAR of this place. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the end of my experience was a great one. I can’t remember everybody’s names, but my car was recommended by AAA to be towed here for repairs after overheating on the highway and needing a tow. Mezzios quoted me $2,900 for repairs, stating I needed the following: 1. A new radiator 2. New radiator housing 3. A new thermostat 4. All new fluids (antifreeze) 5. An oil change Obviously as a single mother there’s no way I have this kind of money laying around, and once I let it be known I was not going to take the insurance route, everybody became much more understanding of me. The other star comes from the gentleman at the front desk who had a huge heart and understanding for my situation. He only charged me $60 for diagnostic and let me tow my car out of there. I was SO appreciative of that. So customer service (AFTER the bogus charges) 5 stars Bogus Mechanic charges : 1 star In the world we live in today, it’s sad to see small businesses taking advantage of local customers. Especially since we are the sole reason you remain in business. I got my car fixed for $435. TOTAL. At a reputable garage. This is why I’m making this review today. If you don’t have a fortune to waste, stay away from this place.

This is an update to my previous review. The coolant was leaking and they said it was my radiator and it needed to be replaced. They Replaced the radiator And Gave me my car back with the coolant still leaking. Now they are saying it was the CWOL, and wanted more money to fix the car when they didn’t fix the issue in the first place. The Manager, Mr. fitzsimmoms was very rude and condescending towards me. I paid 1755 because they told me that it was the radiator that caused the coolant leak. I trusted these people to fix my issue and they did not. Do not bring your car for service here!!

I was skeptical bringing my Range Rover to a mechanic other than the dealership because I thought that the dealership is the only one that knows how to fix Range Rovers. I was so wrong. From start to finish the staff at Mezzio took care of the issues with my car, put me in a loaner, while Zack kept me updated each day. I will definitely be going back there for my car needs.
