I had a great experience with Mezzio's Auto Care especially Matt when they repaired my BMW X3. From the start, they were clear, transparent, and extremely professional. They provided a detailed quote upfront, which gave me confidence there wouldn’t be any surprises—and they stuck to it. Throughout the process, they kept me updated on the status of the repair, which I really appreciated. It’s not easy finding a shop that communicates well and follows through, but they absolutely did both. They really helped me out when I was in a tough spot, and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting me back on the road quickly and safely. What really stood out was the level of care and attention to detail—they even washed my car and added tire shine before returning it, which was a really nice touch. On top of that, they followed up after the work was completed to make sure everything was running smoothly. That level of service is rare. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back here and will definitely be using them for future work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable auto service.

I brought my car in for brakes and they did an excellent job not only in seeing me quickly but in communicating any concerns. They are really friendly and polite, and it was a great experience. They also didn't try to sell me anything extra--they were the opposite of pushy. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I’ve been a customer of Mezzios for 25 years, and I can honestly say, The job is done right, the FIRST time!! Service is friendly and you’re consulted about everything before any work is done…NO surprises. Mario’s the best and he really goes the extra mile!! From oil changes to a complete transmission job on a 2019 Ford Escape, they’ve done it all for my cars. We have 5 vehicles in our family and all of them go to Mezzios. Trustworthy and Honest. I highly recommend!! Go see Linc, Matt and Mario!
