I had a great experience with Mezzio Auto Care. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Matt and Anthony, in particular, stood out for their excellent customer service and clear, honest communication throughout the process. What I appreciated most was their willingness to address my concerns promptly and make sure everything was taken care of. It’s not always easy to find a shop that stands behind their work, but they truly did, and that made all the difference. In the end, my issue was resolved, and I left as a very satisfied customer. I have used them for emissions for years and have always had a great experience. I just had to have the IPDM replaced in my Nissan Rogue, staff was friendly. They were able to get the car in right away and remained very informative and kept in touch with everything they were doing. Answered any questions I had without hesitation. I also greatly appreciate the AAA discount. Will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

I've never had any problems with them. I've taken my car there several times, and they've always been very honest with me, always asking before doing anything. As a woman, I always suspect that places like that want to charge more because they think I don't understand anything, but I don't feel that way about them. Whenever I need a mechanic, my partner and I always go to Mezzio.
