Nobody at the counter, the only , two guys there but no one answers you , 15 mins just to have someone talk to me , to tell me , I had to wait 1:20 for emotion test , well, that was 1:35 mins than , not good

I was very very pleased with the service I had at Mezzio. I went in for an oil change, and asked the mechanic if he could look underneath the car when he had it up on the lift to look for potential problems and any rust. He did so without hesitation and was pleased to do so. When I went to pay, Matt the service manager pulled all the pictures up of underneath my car on the computer to show me possible things that may need to be done and or fixed in the future. Excellent service!

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm making an exception for this company. I received simply excellent service from them, coming in to their facility on a wrecker two days before a holiday weekend. They found time to evaluate my problem - a blown out rear tire that had done considerable damage to the rear quarter body panels & light. The next day, Friday, they sent me a video breakdown of what they had found, which included some neglected wear parts in the suspension. When I called back their very personable service manager went through what I needed to have done for simply getting back on the road and what else they might do to save further incidents. We agreed a quite considerable list of fixes beyond the damage that had brought me to their shop. The car was ready for me on the day after the public holiday. Superior quality mechanics, exceptional service and very reasonable price. Having been in the transportation/freight business for four decades, let me tell you, this level of service is rare & to be applauded! Thank you, Mezzio's
