Alfonso, our staff is disappointed they were unable to meet your request. Mezzio Auto Care has been in Naugatuck for 91 years and has built its success and reputation on exceeding our customer's expectations. We were unable to meet your expectation this morning because previously scheduled appointments and customer repairs that were scheduled to be completed today had already filled the schedule. This is especially a challenge on any Friday. However, you were offered service on Monday or Tuesday but that was not acceptable or convenient for you, and we understand. However, we hope you can understand and appreciate that like all our customers, when you have schedule repairs or services with us, your vehicle's service or repair would not be stopped for us to work on someone else's vehicle who called for immediate service. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Vincent, thank you for the kind words about our staff. Everyone at Mezzio Auto Care is focused on helping every customer with any and all of their automotive needs. We know you were just kidding about the first born name lol, but we do need repair order information to ensure the testing process is done properly, on the correct vehicle, and that we have authorization to perform that testing.
